The second building is part of my renewed focus on hitting the goals that we voted on in a reasonable timeframe. They really are that good, especially with a few levels on them. It does mean a brand new voted on unit to see in combat and I'm excited to be able to show them off in this LP. I'll be able to start recruitment of them immediately, although they are very expensive to build and maintain, so I won't be massing them while there are other priorities for my funding.
